浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第一醫(yī)院特聘研究員,。在美國(guó)圣路易斯華盛頓大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院進(jìn)行博士后訓(xùn)練,,主要研究方向?yàn)檎婧思?xì)胞內(nèi)遺傳信息質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的分子調(diào)控機(jī)制,。圍繞DNA復(fù)制壓力下應(yīng)答機(jī)制研究,,首次發(fā)現(xiàn)細(xì)胞通過激活胞漿鈣信號(hào)來維持停滯復(fù)制叉結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性,,并發(fā)現(xiàn)cGAS-STING通過激活TRPV2介導(dǎo)的內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)鈣釋放來應(yīng)答復(fù)制壓力,,揭示了其固有免疫之外的又一非經(jīng)典功能,。利用全基因組CRISPR/Cas9敲除技術(shù),對(duì)無義介導(dǎo)的mRNA降解途徑(NMD)的調(diào)控因子進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性篩選,,發(fā)現(xiàn)RNA剪切體復(fù)合物的多個(gè)組分能夠促進(jìn)NMD,,靶向NMD關(guān)鍵激酶可作為一種新的合成致死策略治療由剪接體突變?cè)斐傻募毙运柘蛋籽 R砸蛔?共同一作在Mol Cell,,Nat Commun, Cancer Res等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表多篇研究論文,。
