任宗娜,,浙江新百人計(jì)劃研究員,。博士畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院,,之后于中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院阜外醫(yī)院心血管病國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室接受博士后訓(xùn)練,。長期致力于心肌肥厚,、心力衰竭的分子機(jī)制及心臟修復(fù)與轉(zhuǎn)化治療相關(guān)研究,。近5年在Circulation、Circulation Research,、Nature Communication,、Protein and Cell,、BMC Biology等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)頂級期刊發(fā)表9篇有影響力的工作,其中以第一作者或共同第一作者在《Circulation》雜志發(fā)表論文2篇,。利用單細(xì)胞測序描繪了心肌重塑過程中不同細(xì)胞亞群驅(qū)動(dòng)疾病進(jìn)展的順序和作用,,并揭示了促炎性巨噬細(xì)胞的活化是心臟從適應(yīng)性重塑向不良重塑轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵事件。通過聯(lián)合scRNA-seq,、ChIP-Seq和ATAC-seq多組學(xué)分析,,發(fā)現(xiàn)染色質(zhì)開放性和轉(zhuǎn)錄網(wǎng)絡(luò)重塑依賴于INO80表達(dá),INO80協(xié)調(diào)包括Mef2a在內(nèi)的一組核心效應(yīng)TFs,,形成調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),,調(diào)控心臟功能相關(guān)基因的表達(dá),干預(yù)心肌細(xì)胞中的Ino80可延緩心力衰竭的進(jìn)展,。系列工作為心力衰竭的治療策略提供了新的思路,。

通過對高維度、多模態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)(以單細(xì)胞和空間組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)為代表)的整合挖掘結(jié)合體外細(xì)胞功能學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),、在體動(dòng)物模型來解析心臟疾病的病理發(fā)生機(jī)制和發(fā)現(xiàn)新的治療靶點(diǎn),。
