研究方向
開(kāi)發(fā)新一代基于微流控和隨機(jī)引物捕獲法的高通量單細(xì)菌,、單細(xì)胞全轉(zhuǎn)錄組測(cè)序技術(shù)平臺(tái),。應(yīng)用該平臺(tái)開(kāi)展微生物-宿主互作,、微生物耐藥異質(zhì)性,、慢性病腸道菌群變化等研究。
