浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第一醫(yī)院生物醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)中心負(fù)責(zé)人。2009年,赴法國(guó)巴黎國(guó)家測(cè)序中心和人類多態(tài)性研究中心(CEPH)從事高通量數(shù)據(jù)分析研究工作。2011年-2014年,于哈佛大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院從事博士后研究工作,。2014年回國(guó),受聘于上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬瑞金醫(yī)院血研所,。擔(dān)任中國(guó)醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)基因檢測(cè)技術(shù)分會(huì)委員,、中國(guó)病理生理學(xué)會(huì)實(shí)驗(yàn)血液學(xué)青年委員會(huì)委員和中-法應(yīng)用科學(xué)會(huì)(FFCSA)俱樂部主席。研發(fā)了一系列醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生軟件系統(tǒng),,在《Cancer Cell》,、《Genome Biology》、《PNAS》和《Bioinformatics》等學(xué)術(shù)刊物以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇,,總影響因子超過500,,共同主編了《R語言在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用》一書。取得軟件著作權(quán)2項(xiàng),,申請(qǐng)專利6項(xiàng),。
