率先在國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)展以O(shè)ne Health理念為指導(dǎo)的耐藥機(jī)制和感染微生態(tài)學(xué)研究,，近年來(lái)承擔(dān)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金（3項(xiàng)）,、基礎(chǔ)加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目子課題等7項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)課題（經(jīng)費(fèi)＞1000萬(wàn)）,，以及浙江省自然,、Wellcome Trust等9項(xiàng)非國(guó)家級(jí)課題,，迄今在Engineering, Protein & Cell, Lancet Infec Dis, mSystems, Clin Infec Dis, Environ Pollu, J Antimicrob Chemother等領(lǐng)域著名SCI刊物發(fā)表論文110余篇（一作/共一/通訊/共通訊60篇）,，引用~2400，累計(jì)影響因子>500, h-index: 24,。在細(xì)菌耐藥機(jī)制,、微生物基因組研究方面取得創(chuàng)新性成績(jī)，任多個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)學(xué)會(huì)分會(huì)青委,，多個(gè)SCI/核心期刊編委/青委,，獲浙江省科技獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)（第二完成人）, 浙江省醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生科技獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng) 1項(xiàng)（第二完成人）。
