個人簡介
周承,，副研究員。多年來致力于感染性疾病和變態(tài)反應(yīng)疾病的免疫發(fā)病機(jī)制和免疫治療的研究,。首次報道了中國存在著搖蚊變態(tài)反應(yīng),，并獲國家教育部科技進(jìn)步獎；在從事免疫球蛋白亞類轉(zhuǎn)換的分子機(jī)理研究中,，發(fā)現(xiàn)IL-4單獨(dú)即能誘導(dǎo)AID酶的表達(dá),，并且是通過激活JAK-STAT6信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路，受CD45調(diào)控,；證實(shí)CTLA-4胞外段與HBsAg融合表達(dá)重組質(zhì)粒免疫動物,，具有打破HBV免疫耐受的作用，揭示了重組質(zhì)粒pCTLA-S在HBV感染的免疫預(yù)防和治療中均有潛在的應(yīng)用價值,。主持了多項國家級和省部級課題（其中世界衛(wèi)生組織項目1項,，國家自然基金3項,，浙江省自然基金1項），發(fā)表了30余篇相關(guān)論文,，參編著作1部,。
