浙江大學(xué)求是講席教授,、博導(dǎo),、國(guó)家精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療重大專項(xiàng)首席科學(xué)家,。
李明定教授長(zhǎng)期從事以生物信息學(xué)和分子數(shù)量遺傳學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)的人類遺傳學(xué),、藥理基因組學(xué),、神經(jīng)生物學(xué)和遺傳流行病學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的研究,,所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的復(fù)雜疾病遺傳和生物信息研究室是世界上第一個(gè)用基因芯片和蛋白組學(xué)來研究尼古丁對(duì)人類以及模式動(dòng)物基因組影響的研究室,,也是第一個(gè)用全基因組連鎖方法成功地定位美國(guó)黑人群體尼古丁成癮基因的研究室。李明定教授在 Nature Genetics Reviews, Nature Genetics, American Journal of Human Genetics 和 Molecular Psychiatry 等國(guó)際重要刊物上以第一作者或通論作者發(fā)表SCI學(xué)術(shù)論文共230多篇,,總影響因子約1000,,平均每篇5.5,它引高達(dá)8000多次,,單篇最高600余次,,并主編出版了四本英文專著和一本中文專著。
